LOUISVILLE COMMUNITY PARK
We run 5 of our events at this great and beautiful park in Louisville. Hidden away in a secluded area of Old Town Louisville...the large, Grass Park is home to a Dog Park, Amphitheater and kids area. So bring the whole family, stay for the day and then go downtown for a bit of shopping after the race. Our runners FAVORITE LOCATION.

The Courses
The courses on our series in Louisville are on hard, compact dirt and gravel. Usable by bikes, strollers and no need to wear TRAIL SHOES...flat runners will work fine. Come see the views!
AM Yoga Session
COME EARLY and ARRIVE by 9:00am. Yoga Six, a huge sponsor of our series will have a short Yoga Session for all in the grass area next to the EXPO. Free for all to come, 9:00am-9:20am 9:30 RACE!!

5k TRAIL RUN- 9:30 Start (Flat & 2 Water stops)
Our 5K Trail Course
The 5K Course is 100% FLAT...80% of the course is on 12 foot wide, hard, compact gravel and dirt. (20% bike path). The course is 100% safe for Strollers and dogs are llowed on our races in Louisville.
We allow runners or walkers, and there is NO NEED for trail shoes. The trail is hard and compact.
WATER STATIONS: One aid station gets hit 2x at mile 1.25 and mile 2.20.
10K Trail Course (1 Hill, 4 water stops)
The 10k TRAIL COURSE
The 10K Course is 100% FLAT for the first 4 miles.....95% of the course is on 12 foot wide, hard, compact gravel and dirt. The course is 100% safe for Strollers andDOGS ARE ALLOWED on our races in Louisville.
There is a 300 meter Hill at mile 4.0 to 4.4 to the water stop on the top of the hill....a short 300 meters downhill and then turn-around and return to park.
WATER STATIONS: One aid station gets hit 2x at mile 1.25 and mile 2.20....then water station at 4.25 and 4.75.
