One of Denvers Most beautiful Parks.... remodeled to be full of trails, grass fields, bridges and great views. Come early to enjoy the morning sun, fresh cut grass and a 9am Free Yoga Session by Yoga Six. The Path is wide and smooth and Strollers and Dogs are allowed. Come EARLY.

The Paths
The course on our series in Denver is on a smooth bike path that is safe for strollers. dirt and gravel. There will be a couple water bridge crossings and an aid station at 1.5 mile marker for 5k and again at 3.1 and 4.6 for the 10k

The 5K Course is 100% FLAT... Located in Gteat LAwn Park...the bike path is cmooth and easy for strollers. The course is 100% safe for Strollers and dogs are llowed on our races in Denver,
We allow runners or walkers, and there is NO TIME LIMIT. KIDS CAN RUN at a DISCOUNT to be with Mom!
WATER STATION: One aid station gets hit at mile 1.25 with water, snacks and sports drink.
10k RUN- 9:30 Start (Flat & 3 Water stop)
Our 10K Course- 2 loops Total
The 10K Course is 100% FLAT... Located in Gteat LAwn Park...the bike path is smooth and easy for strollers. The course is 100% safe for Strollers and dogs are llowed on our races in Denver. 10k is limited to 150 runners for safety of Narrow Course.
We allow runners or walkers, and there is NO TIME LIMIT. KIDS CAN RUN THIS RACE at a Discount!!! Register with MOM NOW.
