SATURDAY MAY 10- LOUISVILLE 5K & 10K TRAIL RACES 9:30am
The Louisville Mother's Day Colorado Run is a 5k and 10k TRAIL RACE in central Louisville. Located just south of old towm runners will head out on compact gravel and dirt on wide trails. Strollers and Dogs are allowed at our Races...so bring them all...INCLUDING THE MEN!
SUNDAY MAY 11- DENVER GREAT LAWN PARK 5K & 10k 9:30am
At Mothers Day Runs CO, we aim to create memorable experiences for families while celebrating the incredible women in our lives. We encourage health, wellness, and community spirit through our fun run events in Colorado. A great park, views and fun course...1 Loop 5k & 2 Loop 10k
FAMILY /KIDS MILE 11am
We want to get the KIDS involved, so we will have a KIDS FAMILY MILE in each city to have the children participate and feel special. Kids aged 3-12 years old are allowed in the race and parents are encouraged to run or walk with their kids. Kids receive a Kid Racer Bib, Medal and Pancakes at the breakfast.

Every little detail we have for our races, we try to make unique. Our racer bibs change designs every year and are collectable. Thay have pull tags for our free items and alwats creative with different colors and logos.

FREE YOGA SESSION
Our MAJOR SPONSOR- Yoga Six has 10 locations in the Denver/Boulder Metro Area... depending on the locatuion of the race, runners will receive a Pull TAg good for a free 1st session at Yoga Six over the next 2 months. ..yes absolutely FREE. If you ever wanted to try Yoga....Yoga Six is a great start!
RUNNERS SOCKS
Cool Coolmax/Spandex socks for our runners in 2025. Each year we will change the gifts and we thought Running Socks is a great chnage from t.shirts. Soft, comfortable socks are always nice for a short or long run, and these are quite colorful (actual sock not shown)
FINISHER MEDAL
All our races provide a finisher medal...usually laser cut wood and colored, these medals are fun to collect and the lantards are removable, so your Medallion can turn into a drink coaster on your coffee table.
NALGENE BOTTLE
A proud sponsor for the next 2 years...we will be providing a 32 oz. wtaer bottle made with the colors of our choice to all Adult runners in the 5k and 10k run. Color will cahnce in 2026...so start collecting.
FOOD DRIVE- WIN PRIZES!
There are many struggling Women and Families in the region...and we partnered w/ COMMUNITY FOOD SHARE as our Charity. Bring a CAN of FOOD and get a Raffle Ticket for each item! Then at 11:00..we will hold a raffle with great gifts fron our sponsors.. WE ALL WIN!!!
PANCAKE BREAKFAST
We will have 2 griddles going for some hot pancakes...then add soem buter, syrup and maybe sprinkle on some coconut, granola.... Come hungry. All PAID runners get pancakes and granola bar... additional food tickets for kids 7 and up are available...kids under 7...just grab a few on us.
GRANOLA BAR
TEMPO GRANOLA is a proud sponsor of our rac es and we will have a Yogurt/Granola bar setup with additional toppings to make it even more sweet.
DJ MUSIC
We have compiled a mix of great music form Women musicians and then we will have live music in Louisville for a chill morning and a local star.
